½ C red pepper powder
2 T.S. honey
pepper - dash
2. Add
ingredients (B) to the bowl and mix well.
3. Preheat oven
at broil / high.
4. Place the marinated
chicken on a foiled baking sheet;

(B) 2 C soy sauce

T.S. shredded ginger½ C red pepper powder
2 T.S. honey
pepper - dash
1.Wash the
chicken wings in cold water, and cut them
into three parts. Throw out the wing tips. (Wing tips
have too much fat.)
Add the chicken pieces and mix well and put
it in a
vinyl
bag and let it sit for 2 hours - 2 days.
Or, freeze it; it will be more tasty.
Take it out from the freezer a day before using
it and
store it in the refrigerator overnight to
use the next day.
cook at broil / high
heat on the middle shelve.
Cook for 10 minutes until dark brown, then flip
and
cook for 10 minutes more.
