마늘 3쪽 - 굵게 다진다.

(D) 식용유 1 T.S.
고추기름 2 T.S.

1. 재료를 미리
준비 해 놓는다.
2.(B) 재료를 잘게
썰어 준비 한다.
3. 작은 그릇에 깐풍 소스 재료 (C) 를 넣고 잘 섞어 준다.
4. 후라이 팬에
기름을 두루고
만두를 모두
넣고 튀기듯이
앞 뒤로 노릇하게 구어
준다.
기름은 따라 버린다.
5. 다른 후라이 팬에 고추기름을 넣고 (B) 재료를
넣고 중불
에서 볶는다.
6. 여기에 준비한
깐풍 소스를 (#3)를
넣고 볶는다.
후추를 넣고 섞어 조금 더 조린다.
7. 구어 낸 만두를 소스에
넣고 30초 동안 섞어 준다.
접시에 예쁘게
담고, 남은 소스를 그 위에 뿌려 준다.

the Ggan-Pung Sauce (#3) and stir-fry it.
Add a dash of pepper, mix well and cook a little
more.
7. Add
fried dumplings and stir for 30 seconds.
Put dumplings on a serving dish and pour the
remaining
sauce on top.
