(A). 만두    10

   식용유    ½ C

 

(B) 청양고추     2

     고추    2

   마른 빨간 고추     2

   마늘    3 - 굵게 다진다.

    대파     1 토막

 

(C) 깐풍 소스:

   간장    1 T.S.

   설탕    2  t.s.

   맛술    1 T.S.

   식초    2 T.S.

   물엿    1 T.S.

   소스    ½  T.S.

   두반장    ½ T.S.

 

(D) 식용유    1 T.S.

   고추기름     2 T.S.

 

(E) 후추   약간

 

 




1. 재료를 미리 준비 놓는다.

 

2.(B) 재료를 잘게 썰어 준비 한다.

 

3. 작은 그릇에 깐풍 소스 재료 (C) 넣고 섞어 준다.

 

4. 후라이 팬에 기름을 두루고 만두를 모두 넣고 튀기듯이

   뒤로 노릇하게 구어 준다.

   기름은 따라 버린다.

 

5. 다른 후라이 팬에 고추기름을 넣고 (B) 재료를 넣고 중불

   에서 볶는다.

 

6. 여기에 준비한 깐풍 소스를  (#3) 넣고 볶는다.

   후추를 넣고 섞어 조금 조린다.

 

7. 구어 만두를 소스에 넣고 30 동안 섞어 준다.

    접시에 예쁘게 담고,  남은 소스를 위에 뿌려 준다.

   3    garlic cloves – diced roughly

   1 piece     large green onion

 

(C) Chili Sauce [Ggan-Pung Sauce]:

   1 T.S.   soy sauce

   2  t.s.   sugar

   1 T.S.   mirin

   2 T.S.   vinegar

   1 T.S.   starch syrup

   ½  T.S.   oyster sauce

   ½ T.S. chili bean sauce(A).

1. Prepare the ingredients first.

 

2.Prepare ingredients (B), chop and slice thinly.

 

3. In a small bowl, put in ingredients (C) and mix well.

 

4. Heat oil in a frying pan and put every dumplings in, then

   fry them until golden brown.

   Thrown away the oil.3. In a small bowl, put the ingredients for the kanpung sauce (C) and mix well.

5. Put oil and red pepper chili oil in another frying pan, add

 Ingredients (B) and stir-fry at medium heat.

 

6. Add the Ggan-Pung Sauce (#3) and stir-fry it.

   Add a dash of pepper, mix well and cook a little more.

 

7. Add fried dumplings and stir for 30 seconds.

 

   Put dumplings on a serving dish and pour the remaining

   sauce on top.
