멸치 육수 만드는법 (Dry Anchovy Soup Stock)
1.넓적한 커다란 냄비에 차례대로 넣는다.
2. (B) 양념 재료를 모두 작은 그릇에 같이 섞어
냄비에
위에 넣는다.
3. 육수를 부어 주고 센불로 끓인다.

Step 1
(A).3 C bean sprout - wash well
and drain
1 C kimchi cut into bite size pieces
1 can spam – cut into 2 inch long pieces
5 sausage dog – cut into 3 pieces.
1 onion – shredded
3 shiitake mushrooms – shredded
½ zucchini – cut into half-moon style shapes
1 C sliced rice cake
½ C green onion – cut diagonally
1 green pepper – cut diagonally
½ tofu
optional: seafood
(octopus + shrimp + clams + crab)

Seasoning:
2 T.S red pepper powder .
1 t.s. red pepper past
1 t.s. red pepper oil
2 T.S. minced garlic
1 T.S. spicy mix seasoning
½ T.S. soy sauce
1½ T.S. light soy sauce
½ T.S sesame seeds
1/8 t.s. salt
Pepper dash
5 T.S. soup stock
(C) 8 C soup stock (dry anchovy
stock + beef stock)
(D) garnish: crown daisy
or water parsley
Dry Anchovy Soup Stock (멸치 육수 만드는법)
1.In a large and wide pot, spread
cleaned bean sprout
evenly on the bottom.
After laying the bean sprouts, put other ingredients
(A) in order.
Place it in a circle on top of it
2. In a small bowl, put in ingredients (B) together and
mix well.
You can make this ahead on the
day before.
Put seasoning on top of every
ingredients(#1).
3. Pour the soup stocks on top, then boil at high heat.

Step 2 - Ramen
After you finish eating half of the stew,
add into the pot udon noodle or ramen.

Step 3 – Stir-fried with rice,
When you are almost done eating save1 C of the
juice of
the stew, add chopped carrot, chopped onion, chopped
kimchi, chopped green onion, 1 C cooked rice,
sesame oil,
sesame seeds, crumbled seaweed, then stir
well together
and serve.
