cooked bacon bit

1. Pre
heat oven, Bake at 400°F (=195°C).
2. Wash
potatoes and rub them with vegetable oil,
then
place on a baking sheet.
Bake
for 1 hour (or 1 hour 10 min.) at 400°F
(=195°C).

Let it cool for 10 minutes. Cut each potato in half lengthwise.
4.
Scoop out center of potatoes, and mashed it and add
ingredients (B), then mash it together well.
5.
Cut bacon strips into small pieces.
Fry them until dark brown. Drain oil.
6.
In a large bowl, combine mashed potato and ingredients
(C) together. Beat it until fluffy.
7. Fill
the mixture into each half potato shell.
8.
Reduce heat oven, bake 350°F (= 175° C).
9. Bake at 350°F (= 175° C) for 20 minutes.
10. Add topping ½ C cheddar cheese or mixed cheese on
top of potato, then bake at 350°F (= 175° C) for
10 more
minutes.
