(A) 1 stick butter (=¼ lb)
1 C flour – sifted
3 oz cream cheese
(B) ¾ C brown sugar
1 egg
1 T.S. butter
¾ C pecan nuts - chopped small
1 t.s. vanilla extract
(C) optional: 1 T.S. powdered sugar (=confectioner’s sugar)
1. Preheat oven at 375°F (=190°C).
In a large bowl, mix ingredients (A) well.
2. Roll into 24 balls.
Fit into mini muffin pan filling.
Press down with finger.
3. In a bowl, mix ingredients (B)
well.
Fill the mixture ¾ t.s. of each into the mini muffin cup.
4. Bake at 375°F (=190°C) for 20 -
25 minutes.
Let it cool.
5. Sprinkle powdered sugar on
top.
